No more data loss.
Losing data, caused by application crashes or unintentional overwriting is exasperating and unnecessary. ForeverSave 2 is your new lifesaver that protects you from all kinds of disasters.
Define your preferred time interval and ForeverSave 2 automatically saves and backs up all documents you're currently working on. Add as many applications to ForeverSave's library as you want and you'll no longer need to manually save any of your documents.
Restore your documents.
Each time documents are saved - either manually by yourself or automatically by ForeverSave 2 - a version of the document is created which allows you to browse through a complete version history.
Just pick the version you desire and ForeverSave 2 shows you a Quick Look preview of the file. Besides restoring your documents, ForeverSave 2 lets you automatically replace a faulty original document by an earlier working version from the backups.
What's new in version 2.0.

1. OS X can't auto save all your documents.
Documents can only be saved automatically if their applications support OS X's required APIs. Most of Apple's own software does that, but exceptions like Xcode demonstrate the inconsistence in Apple's technology.
The biggest problem lies within the great range of 3rd party software, because most applications are still not compatible with OS X's auto save. Even major software bundles, such as Microsoft Office 2011 and Adobe Creative Suite CS5 are excluded from OS X's new versions feature.
Fortunately, we made ForeverSave 2 different to provide unlimited auto save support for almost every modern Mac application.
2. OS X can't restore your broken files using versions.
Once you're not able to open a document any more because it's corrupt or broken, OS X can't help you to restore any of its versions. That's the high price of saving disk space to store all changes into only one single file, but taking the risk to lose everything in the end.
The same with documents you deleted accidentally. Since you can view versions in OS X only by opening their document, it's fatal if this doesn't exist any more. Fortunately, we made ForeverSave 2 different to store every version into separate files. It takes more disk space, but gives you maximum security even if a file gets broken or deleted.
3. OS X can't switch between your different document's versions.
OS X lets you view versions of a single document only. That thwarts many users' plans, since they work on projects and want to switch between different kinds of documents, like texts, images or presentations. You can merely browse the timeline of a single document, pick a version to restore without any chance of configuration – that's it for OS X.
Fortunately, we made ForeverSave 2 different to provide an overview of all documents ever been saved automatically. Sorted by their associated applications, you can switch to other documents and their versions – with just one click.
